PeaceX Organization will have a peer-reviewed journal whose principal aim is to foster dialogue and innovation in studies of the organization. The journal will address a broad spectrum of issues, and a wide range of perspectives. In doing so, it will promote an ethos which is explicitly: theory-driven, international in scope and vision, open, reflective, imaginative and critical.

The Journal invites organization theorists from all over the world. Located beyond paradigm wars and local feuds, the journal will offer a vista of most recent topics and most original approaches to studies of contemporary social problems and the study of innovation and policy making. The articles published will combine interesting theory building with a genuine concern about the practice of innovation and policy making. The journal will be an important outlet for new perspectives and ideas on studies of contemporary social problems and the study of innovation and policy making.
